Lazy Day Mac + Cheese

Ingredients

  • gluten-free noodles
  • Vegan Butter
  • Vegan Cheese
  • and Plant-Based Milk
  • black pepper and smoked paprika
  • drizzle of hot sauce
  • some fresh arugula

Preparation

  1. Cook your gluten-free noodles to al dente or just a little bit undercooked.⠀⁠

  2. In the pot melt down your Vegan Butter, Vegan Cheese, and Plant-Based Milk into your noodles.⠀⁠

  3. Once the cheese is melted and everything is stirred well and combined together, add in black pepper and smoked paprika.⠀⁠

  4. Top off your Lazy Mac with a drizzle of hot sauce and some fresh arugula or whatever fresh herb you enjoy!⠀⁠

  5. Feast, Sing, and Enjoy!⠀
