Little Healthy Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 garlic cloves l
- 1 bunch spinach
- handful of fresh thyme
- 1 lemon
- sea salt and black pepper. And @livivafoods long noodles
Preparation
Simply drained the package pasta
In a pan sautéed slices of garlic cloves with 2 tbsp of olive oil followed by asparagus, cook for few minutes add in tomatoes and spinach. , season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle the fresh thyme , squeeze one lemon juice and add in the pasta. Cook for 5 minutes and serve
