Healthy Pasta Loaded with Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch spinach
- handful of fresh thyme
- 1 lemon
- sea salt and black pepper
- Liviva Foods long noodles
Preparation
Drain the package pasta.
In a pan, sauté sliced garlic cloves with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add asparagus and cook for a few minutes.
Add tomatoes and spinach.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle fresh thyme, and squeeze lemon juice.
Add the pasta.
Cook for 5 minutes and serve.
