Little Healthy Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 garlic cloves l
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • handful of fresh thyme
  • 1 lemon
  • sea salt and black pepper. And @livivafoods long noodles

Preparation

  1. Simply drained the package pasta

  2. In a pan sautéed slices of garlic cloves with 2 tbsp of olive oil followed by asparagus, cook for few minutes add in tomatoes and spinach. , season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle the fresh thyme , squeeze one lemon juice and add in the pasta. Cook for 5 minutes and serve
