Ingredients

  • 50/50 blend of baby spinach and spring mix
  • Red pepper hummus, 3 dollops
  • Red pepper, chopped
  • Carrot, julienne cut
  • Couscous
  • Pomegranates
  • Pepitas

  • Goji berries
  • Balsamic dressing

Preparation

  1. Cook couscous according to package instructions and let it cool.
