Fresh Berry and Beet Green Salad
Ingredients
- Organic baby greens
- Organic arugula
- Organic English cucumber
- Organic blueberries
- Organic boiled beets
- Puffed millet
- Pomegranates
- Organic balsamic dressing
Preparation
Wash and dry the greens and vegetables.
Chop the cucumber and beets into bite-sized pieces if necessary.
In a large bowl, combine the baby greens, arugula, cucumber, blueberries, beets, puffed millet, and pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle with balsamic dressing and toss gently to mix all ingredients.
