Easy Rainbow Chef Salad
Ingredients
- romaine
- chicory
- cherry tomatoes
- kiwi
- kidney beans
- cucumbers
- avocado studded with chili
- roasted peppers
- sea salt
- lime
Preparation
Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
Chop the romaine, chicory, cherry tomatoes, kiwi, cucumbers, and roasted peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the avocado by adding chili studs or incorporating chili as desired.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Sprinkle with sea salt and squeeze fresh lime over the salad.
Toss gently to mix and serve immediately.
