Easy Rainbow Chef Salad

Ingredients

  • romaine
  • chicory
  • cherry tomatoes
  • kiwi
  • kidney beans
  • cucumbers
  • avocado studded with chili
  • roasted peppers
  • sea salt
  • lime

Preparation

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.

  2. Chop the romaine, chicory, cherry tomatoes, kiwi, cucumbers, and roasted peppers into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Prepare the avocado by adding chili studs or incorporating chili as desired.

  4. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and squeeze fresh lime over the salad.

  6. Toss gently to mix and serve immediately.
