Green Salad with Avocado and Hemp Dressing
Ingredients
- Arugula
- Butter lettuce
- Red onion
- Spring onion
- Cucumber
- Bell pepper
- Plum tomato
- Sundried tomato
- Fresh dill
- Fresh cilantro
- Avocado
- Hemp seed/walnut salad dressing
Preparation
Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
Chop or slice the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the hemp seed/walnut salad dressing and toss gently to coat.
