Mocha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut or cashew milk
  • 3 tbsp cacao (or more, to taste)
  • 2 shots strong espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • maple syrup, to taste
  • pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Place in the fridge overnight. Serve the next day (add more milk if you want a thinner texture) topped with dark chocolate chunks, berries and cacao nibs
