Mocha Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut or cashew milk
- 3 tbsp cacao (or more, to taste)
- 2 shots strong espresso coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- maple syrup, to taste
- pinch salt
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Place in the fridge overnight. Serve the next day (add more milk if you want a thinner texture) topped with dark chocolate chunks, berries and cacao nibs
