Monday Morning Stack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a cup of oat
  • banana
  • 1tbsp chia seed
  • plant mylk

Preparation

  1. Blend 1/2 a cup of oat then mash in a banana and add in 1tbsp chia seed and add plant mylk until mixture is pourable then add to a frying pan on medium heat and cook for about 10mins, flipping half way, until brown on both sides and top with whatever you like
