Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1. Marinade 8 chicken thighs overnight (if you don't have time even an hour is good) with a couple of tea spoons of Ras El Hanout spice, lemon slices (preserved if possible), chopped garlic & pomegranate mollases. Add some chopped ? for kick
  • 2. Add two tins of organic chickpeas and a tin of finely chopped organic tomatoes
  • 3. Bake in the oven at 170'c for 45 minutes, stirring half way
