Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • -1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • -1/2 cup rolled oats - 2.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 scoops unflavored protein powder - 2 tsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp PB powder
  • Topped with unsweetened PB, cacao nibs, chia seeds, banana, and a drizzle of honey. I even tossed in a couple dark chocolate chips last minute after taking this photo

Preparation

  1. Bowl the almond milk then add the oats

  2. Cook until milk is about half way soaked and then add the cocoa powder, protein, and PB powder

  3. When finished cooking stir in the maple syrup and add the toppings
