Prawn and Pepperoni Tagliatelle
Ingredients
- Prawns
- Pepperoni slices
- Half a white onion
- Fresh cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Tin chopped tomatoes
- Spicy Italian seasoning
- @verylazyfoodco chopped garlic
- @knorrsuomi smoked chilli and tomato stock pot
- Cream
- Dried tagliatelle
- Fresh herbs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Fry the onions for a few minutes until slightly soft.
Add the fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, and pepperoni and fry for a few minutes.
Add the stock cube, tin of chopped tomatoes, spicy Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for a few minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, cook the tagliatelle in salted water and steam the tenderstem broccoli.
After a few minutes, add the prawns, cream, and some pasta water, and let it thicken and cook.
Add the cooked tagliatelle to the sauce.
Top with fresh herbs and serve with a cheese and tomato flatbread.
