Prawn and Pepperoni Tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • Prawns
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Half a white onion
  • Fresh cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Tin chopped tomatoes
  • Spicy Italian seasoning
  • @verylazyfoodco chopped garlic
  • @knorrsuomi smoked chilli and tomato stock pot
  • Cream
  • Dried tagliatelle
  • Fresh herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Fry the onions for a few minutes until slightly soft.

  2. Add the fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, and pepperoni and fry for a few minutes.

  3. Add the stock cube, tin of chopped tomatoes, spicy Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for a few minutes.

  4. While the sauce is cooking, cook the tagliatelle in salted water and steam the tenderstem broccoli.

  5. After a few minutes, add the prawns, cream, and some pasta water, and let it thicken and cook.

  6. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the sauce.

  7. Top with fresh herbs and serve with a cheese and tomato flatbread.
