Quick Sautéed Vegetable Pasta Dish
Ingredients
- broccoli
- mushrooms
- olives
- spinach
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- pasta
- butter
- pepper jack cheese
- dried oregano
Preparation
Sauté broccoli, mushrooms, olives, and spinach until tender
Season the vegetables with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Cook pasta according to package directions
Add butter to the cooked pasta and stir until incorporated
Add sliced pepper jack cheese to the pasta and cook until melted
Stir in additional garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano
