Vegan Avocado Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- 400 g pasta
- 2 avocados
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 40 g fresh basil
- 2 tbsp melted Flora Plant
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- 40 g vegan cheese
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 30 g roasted pine nuts
- Optional: black olives
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, make the avocado pesto by mixing the avocados, garlic, basil, pepper, salt, melted Flora Plant, lime juice, and some olive oil in a blender until smooth.
Divide the pesto over the cooked pasta and stir it in.
Mix in the vegan grated cheese.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pasta.
Divide the mixture into deep plates and garnish with roasted pine nuts and black olives.

This recipe is ready in 20 minutes and is completely vegan.
