Vegan Pecan Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- 200 g pasta
- 100 g fresh basil
- 80 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g pecans
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 120 ml cooking water
Preparation
Cook pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Wash the basil leaves and separate the leaves from the stem.
In a food processor, grind all ingredients until you get a sauce.
Mix everything and enjoy.
Tips
Always clean the basil with water as it may contain contaminants.
