Rainbow Chia Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
Superfood add-ins
- spirulina powder
- baobab powder
- acai powder
- wheatgrass powder
Toppings
- frozen berries
- coconut
Preparation
Mix the chia seeds with almond milk and water, then refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, divide the pudding into portions and mix in the superfood powders.
Top with frozen berries and coconut before serving.
