Simple Tikka and Potatoes Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- Seasonal gold potatoes
- Brown onion
- Tikka tenderstrips
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
- Sea salt
- Chilli and garlic sauce
Preparation
Peel, slice, and boil the potatoes until tender.
Peel and slice the onion.
Fry the onion in a wok with a little oil and a lid on for 20-30 minutes until caramelized.
Add the tikka tenderstrips to the wok with the onions.
Stir in chives, chilli flakes, sea salt, and chilli and garlic sauce.
Combine with the boiled potatoes and serve.
Tips
Caramelize the onions slowly; it should take at least 20 minutes and not just 5 minutes to develop proper flavor.
