Simple Vegetarian Hash with Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Pink fur potatoes
  • 1/2 pack Asda beef style strips
  • 2 tsp Tesco butterpak spreadable
  • Oxo meat free beef flavour stock cube
  • Brussel sprouts
  • Chilli flakes
  • Chives
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Peel and boil the pink fur potatoes until tender.

  2. Shred the beef-style strips using the tines of a fork.

  3. Heat the butter in a wok.

  4. Add the shredded strips and boiled potatoes to the wok.

  5. Add the stock cube, sliced Brussels sprouts, chilli flakes, chives, and sea salt.

  6. Cook until everything is heated through and flavors are combined.

  7. Serve immediately.
