Sourdough Crispbread Breakfast Toasts

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces sourdough crispbread

Savory topping

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • dill to taste

Sweet topping

  • strawberries
  • basil
  • goat cheese
  • honey

Preparation

  1. Soft boil the egg for 7 minutes

  2. Mash the avocado

  3. Assemble the savory toast: spread mashed avocado on a piece of crispbread, add the sliced soft-boiled egg, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, drizzle with olive oil, and add dill

  4. Assemble the sweet toast: top the other piece of crispbread with strawberries, basil, goat cheese, and drizzle with honey
