Sourdough Crispbread Breakfast Toasts
Ingredients
- 2 pieces sourdough crispbread
Savory topping
- 1 avocado
- 1 egg
- red pepper flakes to taste
- olive oil to taste
- dill to taste
Sweet topping
- strawberries
- basil
- goat cheese
- honey
Preparation
Soft boil the egg for 7 minutes
Mash the avocado
Assemble the savory toast: spread mashed avocado on a piece of crispbread, add the sliced soft-boiled egg, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, drizzle with olive oil, and add dill
Assemble the sweet toast: top the other piece of crispbread with strawberries, basil, goat cheese, and drizzle with honey
