Steel Cut Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- ground cinnamon
- Greek yogurt
- berries
- sunbutter
- chocolate go love crunch
- dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Cook the steel cut oats on the stove with water and unsweetened oat milk.
Mix in the pumpkin purée and ground cinnamon.
Heat the berries in a pan or microwave
Serve the oats mixture paired with Greek yogurt, heated berries, sunbutter, chocolate go love crunch, and dark chocolate chips.
