Steel Cut Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
  • ground cinnamon
  • Greek yogurt
  • berries
  • sunbutter
  • chocolate go love crunch
  • dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Cook the steel cut oats on the stove with water and unsweetened oat milk.

  2. Mix in the pumpkin purée and ground cinnamon.

  3. Heat the berries in a pan or microwave

  4. Serve the oats mixture paired with Greek yogurt, heated berries, sunbutter, chocolate go love crunch, and dark chocolate chips.
