Chocolate and Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder

Toppings

  • bananas
  • bee pollen
  • flaxseeds
  • dark chocolate blocks

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with water or milk and salt in a pan until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Mix the cooked oats with cinnamon and carob powder.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Top with bananas, bee pollen, flaxseeds, and dark chocolate blocks.
