Super Easy Plant-Based Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 flax or real eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit
- 1/3 cup non dairy milk
- 1 cup @bobsredmill paleo pancake mix
- 3 tbsp @yoursuperfoods skinny protein
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until batter forms.
Spoon onto a lightly oiled skillet and flip after about 1-2 minutes.
Stack and enjoy.
