Tindoraa Pickle
Ingredients
- 250 grams Tindora washed chopped and dried for 3-4 hrs until all moisture goes off
- 100grams grated mango
- 50 grams salt
- 50 grams salt
- 2 tbs mustard seeds powder
- 1 tbs fengureek seeds powder
- 150 grams oil( heat and give simple tadka with cumin and mustard and cool down)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and store in jar stays good for upto 2 months if refrigerated stays good for upto 6 month's
Serve after 3 days of making pickle this way all the spices will induce the flavours and taste good
