Tindoraa Pickle

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Tindora washed chopped and dried for 3-4 hrs until all moisture goes off
  • 100grams grated mango
  • 50 grams salt
  • 50 grams salt
  • 2 tbs mustard seeds powder
  • 1 tbs fengureek seeds powder
  • 150 grams oil( heat and give simple tadka with cumin and mustard and cool down)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in jar stays good for upto 2 months if refrigerated stays good for upto 6 month's

  2. Serve after 3 days of making pickle this way all the spices will induce the flavours and taste good
