Vegan Baked Feta Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 block vegan feta
  • Plum tomatoes
  • Crushed garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Lemon zest
  • Generous amount of olive oil
  • 200g pasta
  • Vegan parmesan

Preparation

  1. Place one block of vegan feta in the middle of a baking dish.

  2. Surround it with plum tomatoes.

  3. Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, lemon zest, and a generous amount of olive oil.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and mix everything together.

  6. Cook 200g of pasta according to package instructions.

  7. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture.

  8. Top with vegan parmesan.

Tips

  1. Chop garlic finely and spread it around for better flavor distribution.

  2. Add fresh basil leaves for extra taste, if available.
