Vegan Food


  • 1 package of whole wheat noodles
  • 4 tbs of soy sauce
  • 2 tbs of sesame oil
  • 1 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup of sliced red bell peppers
  • 3/4 cup of snow peas
  • 1/2 cup of julienne peeled carrots


  1. In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, grated ginger, and cayenne pepper, then set aside

  2. Once pasta is finished drain and set aside

  3. In a cast iron pan on medium heat add garlic and a drizzle of sesame oil, cook until fragrant

  4. Add sauce along with veggies stir well for one minute and add noodles, stir for about five minutes

  5. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onion, sesame seeds, and enjoy???? #threebunnies
