Vegan No Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • wholemeal soft wraps
  • refried beans
  • fried onion
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • avocado
  • chicken style strips
  • tomato
  • smoked cheese

Preparation

  1. Fry the onion, garlic, and pepper until softened

  2. Assemble the quesadilla by spreading refried beans on a wrap, adding the fried vegetables, avocado, chicken style strips, tomato, and smoked cheese, then top with another wrap

  3. Cook the assembled quesadilla in a skillet over medium heat until the cheese melts and the wraps are golden brown on both sides

  4. Cut into wedges and serve immediately
