Ingredients

  • 200g porridge oats
  • 500 ml water
  • 500 ml soya milk
  • 150g raspberries
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 1 Apple, chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Just cook everything together in a pan until thick and creamy. I topped mine with apple slices, raspberries, sunflower seeds, Brazil nut butter and maple syrup. This makes enough for two hungry people or 4 for small portions
