Ingredients
- 200g porridge oats
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml soya milk
- 150g raspberries
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 1 Apple, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Just cook everything together in a pan until thick and creamy. I topped mine with apple slices, raspberries, sunflower seeds, Brazil nut butter and maple syrup. This makes enough for two hungry people or 4 for small portions
