Raw Carrot & Beet Salad (High Fiber)
Ingredients
- 1 cup of shredded carrots (organic)
- 1/2 cup of shredded beets
- 2 tbsp of sundried raisins (organic)
- Optional: 1 tsp of sunflower seeds ⭐️Dressing: ??1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp of tahini (raw sesame paste)
- Pinch of fresh ground pepper
- Optional: 1 tsp of maple syrup
Preparation
Combine shredded carrots and beets in bowl
Top with raisins and seeds (optional)
Place dressing ingredients in blender and puree - pour on salad and enjoy
