Raw Carrot & Beet Salad (High Fiber)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of shredded carrots (organic)
  • 1/2 cup of shredded beets
  • 2 tbsp of sundried raisins (organic)
  • Optional: 1 tsp of sunflower seeds ⭐️Dressing: ??1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp of tahini (raw sesame paste)
  • Pinch of fresh ground pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine shredded carrots and beets in bowl

  2. Top with raisins and seeds (optional)

  3. Place dressing ingredients in blender and puree - pour on salad and enjoy
