Vegan Ceviche


  • 1/4th head of Cauliflower (finely chopped)
  • 1 Avocado (cut into cubes)
  • 1/2 chopped Red Onion
  • 1/4th cup Cilantro (break apart into small pieces with hands)
  • 1/2 fresh Jalapeno (chopped)
  • 2 Lime (fresh squeezed)


  1. Together ingredients and add Himalayan pink salt, cayenne, and pepper to taste! ?Serve with jicama chips (thin sliced jicama), other veggie chips or your choice of baked chips
