- Spinach
- Arugula
- Field Greens
- Rainbow carrots

- Nutritional Yeast
- Hemp Seeds
- Lemon Zest
- Tahini Dressing
Preparation
Wash all greens and vegetables thoroughly.
Chop the carrots, peppers, cucumbers, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
Combine spinach, arugula, and field greens in a large bowl.
Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and hemp seeds.
