Mushroom and Coconut Soup

Ingredients

  • 200g mushrooms (with stalks removed)
  • 400ml can of coconut milk
  • a clove of garlic
  • 1tbsp of tamari and 1 tbsp of tahini
  • throw into a blender (or use a pan and a hand blender)
  • blend
  • heat and serve with lots of black pepper and some gf toast
