Chocolate Ladyfinger Slice Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 packages ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 package cream
  • 1 package mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate spread
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 packages vanilla sugar
  • Milk for dipping biscuits
  • Chocolate spread for between biscuits
  • Coconut for coating
  • Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries for topping (optional)

Preparation

  1. Whip all the cream ingredients together in a bowl until thick, then transfer to a piping bag.

  2. Spread chocolate between two ladyfinger biscuits and join them together.

  3. Dip the joined biscuits in milk and coat with coconut.

  4. Pipe the cream on top and decorate with fruit.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Tips

  1. Different fruits can be used for topping as desired.
