Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 16 peanut butter cups
  • 8 tbsp peanut butter (I used
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips, melted (I used )
  • 16 fresh blackberries (or any fruit you like)

Preparation

  1. Line a mini muffin pan with 16 baking cups, and put 1/2 tbsp peanut butter in each one

  2. Gently press the blackberry into the peanut butter, then cover all of the cups in the melted chocolate

  3. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or overnight

  4. I also recommend storing these in the freezer so that the peanut butter keeps its shape (i can’t tell you how many times i tried to peel one before it was ready?) i hope you get a chance to try this yummy treat, and totally feel free to use whatever fruits and nut butters you want?
