Chocolate Raspberry Bars
Ingredients
- 2 dates
- 1 cup of coconut cream (you can use oat milk or almond milk, but it'll melt quickly)
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 ripe banana
- Fresh raspberries, 1 cup
Preparation
Blend all your ingredients until smooth.
Drop some raspberries into each mold.
Fill the molds with the blended liquid.
Place a stick inside each mold.
Freeze the molds for at least a day.
For the chocolate shell
Melt some chocolate in a double boiler.
Pour the melted chocolate into a tall glass.
Dip the frozen pops into the chocolate.
Sprinkle with more chocolate and dried raspberries.
