Chocolate Raspberry Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 dates
  • 1 cup of coconut cream (you can use oat milk or almond milk, but it'll melt quickly)
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 2 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Fresh raspberries, 1 cup

Preparation

  1. Blend all your ingredients until smooth.

  2. Drop some raspberries into each mold.

  3. Fill the molds with the blended liquid.

  4. Place a stick inside each mold.

  5. Freeze the molds for at least a day.

For the chocolate shell

  1. Melt some chocolate in a double boiler.

  2. Pour the melted chocolate into a tall glass.

  3. Dip the frozen pops into the chocolate.

  4. Sprinkle with more chocolate and dried raspberries.
