Dark Chocolate S'mores Cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 4 large graham crackers
- 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff
Preparation
Break graham crackers into 12 pieces that fit into 12 lined muffin cups and set aside.
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 30-45 seconds, mixing halfway through.
Add 3/4 tablespoon chocolate evenly in each lined muffin cup.
Refrigerate while you spread 1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff over each graham cracker piece.
Add the marshmallow-covered graham crackers to each muffin cup.
Top with approximately 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
