Dark Chocolate S'mores Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
  • 4 large graham crackers
  • 3/4 cup marshmallow fluff

Preparation

  1. Break graham crackers into 12 pieces that fit into 12 lined muffin cups and set aside.

  2. Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 30-45 seconds, mixing halfway through.

  3. Add 3/4 tablespoon chocolate evenly in each lined muffin cup.

  4. Refrigerate while you spread 1 tablespoon marshmallow fluff over each graham cracker piece.

  5. Add the marshmallow-covered graham crackers to each muffin cup.

  6. Top with approximately 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate.

  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
