Mint Chip Ice-Cream Bites
Ingredients
- 5 graham crackers
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- mint chip ice-cream
- coco whip
- hazelnut chocolate shavings
Preparation
Place the graham crackers, cacao powder, coconut sugar, and melted butter in a blender and blend until everything is combined.
Place mini muffin liners in a mini muffin tin and press 1/2 tbsp. of crust into the bottom of each.
Scoop ice-cream on top and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Top with coconut whipped cream and chocolate shavings and enjoy.
