Decadent Biscoff Cheesecake Breakfast Treat

Ingredients

Cheese on toast

  • @morrisons seeded loaf (small loaf)
  • @pilgrimschoice extra mature cheddar
  • Onion salt
  • Smoked paprika

Biscoff cheesecake base

  • 2 x mini biscoff biscuits (Crushed)
  • 1/2 tbsp @lotusbiscoffuk spread
  • Tsp hot water

Cheesecake filling

  • 3 x @thelaughingcow_uk extra light cheese triangles
  • @lindahls_uk kvarg white chocolate
  • Sucralose Sweetner
  • @nescafeazera americano decaf

Topping

  • 1/2 tbsp @nutellauk
  • Hot water
  • Coffee powder
  • @sprinklesandtoppers coffee beans
  • Coco powder

Preparation

Cheese on toast

  1. Toast the seeded loaf on one side, flip and top with extra mature cheddar.

  2. Place back under the grill until the cheese is melty.

  3. Sprinkle with onion salt and smoked paprika.

Biscoff cheesecake base

  1. Crush the mini biscoff biscuits and mix with biscoff spread and a tsp of hot water.

  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a cup.

Cheesecake filling

  1. Mix the extra light cheese triangles with kvarg white chocolate and a little sucralose sweetener.

  2. Keep a couple of tbsp aside for the top.

  3. To the rest, add americano decaf and mix.

  4. Add the mixture to the cup.

Topping

  1. Mix nutella with a little hot water and coffee powder.

  2. Spread thinly over the top of the cheesecake.

  3. Add the remaining cheese mixture.

  4. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Before serving, add coffee beans and a dusting of coco powder.
