Delicious Banoffee Pie Dessert

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. of Digestive type cookies
  • 6 tbsp of Dulce de leche
  • 80 gr. of butter at room temperature
  • 1 or 2 bananas
  • 1 pot of whipping cream
  • Grated chocolate to taste

Preparation

  1. Process the cookies with the butter and transfer this dough to the base of the mold. Flatten evenly.

  2. Take to the freezer for about 1 hour.

  3. Cut the banana into slices. Spread a layer of Dulce de leche + banana slices. Spread a second layer of Dulce de leche + the remaining banana slices.

  4. Finally, whip the cream, spread it to cover the entire surface of the pie and decorate with grated chocolate on top.

  5. The next step is very important: to the freezer for at least an hour and a half.

  6. Before eating, let it rest for 20 mins at room temperature.
