Easy Homemade Dairy Free Ice Lollies
Ingredients
Strawberry sundae
- 12 large strawberries
- 1 large, ripe banana
- 300ml fortified oat drink
Tropical sunshine
- 1 large, ripe mango
- 1 large, ripe banana
- 300ml fortified ‘super’ coconut drink
Berrylicious
- A handful of blueberries (around 20)
- 1 large, ripe banana
- 300ml fortified soya milk
Peaches and cream
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 large, ripe mango
- 300ml fortified pea-based drink
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into ice-lolly molds.
Pop in the freezer.
Tips
You can use any type of milk, but fortified versions are recommended to maximize nutrition.
Add a teaspoon of nut butter to make the lollies extra creamy and add some good fats.
You can use fresh, frozen, or tinned fruits (not in syrup).
