Easy Homemade Dairy Free Ice Lollies

Ingredients

Strawberry sundae

  • 12 large strawberries
  • 1 large, ripe banana
  • 300ml fortified oat drink

Tropical sunshine

  • 1 large, ripe mango
  • 1 large, ripe banana
  • 300ml fortified ‘super’ coconut drink

Berrylicious

  • A handful of blueberries (around 20)
  • 1 large, ripe banana
  • 300ml fortified soya milk

Peaches and cream

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 1 large, ripe mango
  • 300ml fortified pea-based drink

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into ice-lolly molds.

  4. Pop in the freezer.

Tips

  1. You can use any type of milk, but fortified versions are recommended to maximize nutrition.

  2. Add a teaspoon of nut butter to make the lollies extra creamy and add some good fats.

  3. You can use fresh, frozen, or tinned fruits (not in syrup).
