Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 16 fresh blackberries

Preparation

  1. Line a mini muffin pan with 16 baking cups and put 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter in each one.

  2. Gently press a blackberry into the peanut butter, then cover all of the cups with melted chocolate.

  3. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
