Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 16 fresh blackberries
Preparation
Line a mini muffin pan with 16 baking cups and put 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter in each one.
Gently press a blackberry into the peanut butter, then cover all of the cups with melted chocolate.
Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.
