Mango Ice Cream Recipe with 3 Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 397g tin condensed milk
  • 600ml double cream
  • 75g mango puree (flesh of about 1-2 ripe mangoes pureed to a pulp)
  • Extra mango puree for topping
  • Optional: fresh or dried mango bits

Preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer.

  2. Whisk well on high until stiff peaks form.

  3. Stir in mango chunks, dried mango, or swirl in more puree.

  4. Pour the mixture into an airtight container with a lid.

  5. Freeze the container overnight.

  6. Enjoy the delicious mango ice cream!
