Ingredients
- mango puree - 1 cup
- paneer (crumbled) -1cup
- condensed milk / milk powder - 3/4cup
- elaichi powder - 1/2tsp
- almonds•badam - 4 tbsp (sliced) (optional)
- saffron•kesar - 1pinch (optional)
- recipe -
- in a heavy bottomed pan, combine mango puree, condensed /milk powder and paneer, and start to heat on a medium flame.
- continuously stir the mixture.
- add elaichi powder, almonds and saffron to the mixture, after 5-10 minutes, and continue stirring.
- keep stirring until the mixture has become one third of its quantity and leaves the pan on it's own.
- grease a flat bowl/ mould with ghee. press the mixture into it and refrigerate for 2 hours when it comes to room temperature.
