Triple Nut Butter Fudge Squares

Ingredients

  • Cream (top) layer - 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla pod paste
  • 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp water. ? Purple (middle) layer - 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tbsp almond milk and 2 tbsp water. ? Green (bottom) layer - 1 tbsp pistachio butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond milk and 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Individually mix the layers in separate bowls

  2. Add extra liquid if your nut butter is quite chilled

  3. Flatten each layer and put in the fridge for 30 mins

  4. Cut and layer up

  5. Store in the fridge until you want to snack on it
