Christmas Nut Butter Fudge Cubes

Ingredients

  • Top layer
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla pod paste
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • and 2 tbsp water
  • Middle layer
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp beetroot powder
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • and 2 tbsp wate
  • Bottom layer
  • - 1 tbsp pistachio butter (if you can get it, if not 1 tsp crushed pistachios and 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • and 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Individually mix the layers in separate bowls

  2. Add extra water if your nut butter is chilled

  3. Flatten each layer and put in the fridge for 30 mins

  4. Cut and layer up

  5. Store in the fridge until you want a snack
