Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Coconut Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 pot sweetened vegan coconut yogurt
- some vegan dark chocolate
- vanilla essence (optional)
- agave syrup (optional)
Preparation
If using unsweetened yogurt, add vanilla essence and agave syrup to it.
Mix 1 cup of shredded coconut with 1 pot of sweetened coconut yogurt.
Create small balls.
Freeze the balls.
Melt the chocolate. If it is not runny, add some fat such as avocado oil or coconut oil.
Coat the balls in the chocolate.
Let it chill in the fridge until ready to eat.
