Carrot Cake Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 0.5 cup shredded carrot
- 8 dates
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or any nut/seed butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger extract
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Start with shredding the carrots
Add all the ingredients in a food processor
Mix until combined
Shape mini balls and roll in shredded coconut
Keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving
