Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrot
  • 8 dates
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or any nut/seed butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Start with shredding the carrots

  2. Add all the ingredients in a food processor

  3. Mix until combined

  4. Shape mini balls and roll in shredded coconut

  5. Keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving
