Quick Chicken Lavash Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 350 grams chicken fillet
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and paprika
- 6 chopped mushrooms
- 6 tablespoons diced bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 250 grams pizza cheese
- 1.5 lavash breads
Preparation
Sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the spices and then the chicken fillet; increase heat until the chicken does not release water.
Add the mushrooms and diced bell pepper.
Finally, add the sauces and remove from heat.
Layer lavash bread on the bottom of the pan, add a layer of sauce, then the mixture, and cheese.
Repeat the layering until ingredients are used up; on the top layer, add more cheese and garnish with diced bell pepper.
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat with a heat diffuser for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
Tips
Spray a little water on the cheese to make it stretchy.
