Healthy Kefir Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup kefir
  • 1/2 cup freshly made creamy almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon lucuma
  • handful of walnuts

Toppings

  • amaranth pops
  • kiwi
  • berries
  • nuts
  • seeds
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients from the Ingredients section to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings from the Toppings section as desired
