Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mixed berries
  • 2 tbs of flaxseed @carringtonfarms
  • 1/2 cup of kefir @wholefoodsuk
  • 1/2 cup of freshly made creamy almond milk
  • 1 tbs of chia seeds @sevenhillswholefoods
  • 1 really soft banana
  • 1 tbs of lucuma @naturya
  • handful of walnuts
  • Toppings: amaranth pops
  • kiwi
  • berries
  • nuts
  • seeds and bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Bee pollen is an incredible powerhouse. It adds many nutritional benefits to my rejuvenating diet. I am forever grateful to the little creatures for their hard work. It takes one bee an entire day to produce 1 tsp of bee pollen
