Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 2 tbs of flaxseed @carringtonfarms
- 1/2 cup of kefir @wholefoodsuk
- 1/2 cup of freshly made creamy almond milk
- 1 tbs of chia seeds @sevenhillswholefoods
- 1 really soft banana
- 1 tbs of lucuma @naturya
- handful of walnuts
- Toppings: amaranth pops
- kiwi
- berries
- nuts
- seeds and bee pollen
Preparation
Bee pollen is an incredible powerhouse. It adds many nutritional benefits to my rejuvenating diet. I am forever grateful to the little creatures for their hard work. It takes one bee an entire day to produce 1 tsp of bee pollen
