Avocado Toast with Pomegranate and Sesame

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 spoon coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 spoon chopped onion greens
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies (as per your taste)
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pomegranate
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado.

  2. Scoop out the inside into a bowl.

  3. Immediately squeeze some lemon on top to prevent browning.

  4. Add some salt.

  5. Add coriander leaves finely chopped.

  6. Add green chilies finely chopped.

  7. Add onion greens finely chopped.

  8. Mix and mash the avocado with a fork.

  9. Take a toast.

  10. Spread the creamy avocado mix on it.

  11. Sprinkle pomegranate generously on top.

  12. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
