Boudoir Vegan Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- vegan friendly egg roll wrapper
- kale and cabbage
- firm tofu
- minced ginger
- cilantro
- onion
- shredded carrots and green onion
- soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1: find a vegan friendly egg roll wrapper.
Step 2: make a filling that includes a bunch of greens like kale and cabbage, a protein like firm tofu, then add in a bunch of other stuff like minced ginger, cilantro, onion, etc. Cook the protein and greens but leave some things raw like shredded carrots and green onion. Season it sparingly with some soy sauce. Sprinkle on a little corn starch to keep it from being too wet.
Step 3: roll your egg rolls
Step 4: spray on or brush on a light coating of oil
Step 5: airfry at 390 F for 8 min, flip, cook for 6 min
Step 6: eat them
