Coffee Infused Yoghurt Granola Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup slightly cooled coffee
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • vanilla yoghurt
  • berries
  • chocolate granola

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds, slightly cooled coffee, and cocoa together.

  2. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.

  3. Add vanilla yoghurt to the mixture.

  4. Top with berries and chocolate granola.

  5. Make it the night before for easy preparation in the morning.
